Fix photo (200×230, 50KB) — 5 steps

  1. Recent colour photo — plain light background, face front.
  2. DPI Photo Converter → SSC 200×230 preset.
  3. Or Resize Image → width 200, height 230.
  4. Compress to KB → target 45 KB (safe margin).
  5. Upload on ibps.in in Chrome — preview check karo before submit.

Fix signature (140×60, 10–20 KB)

  1. White paper par black/blue pen se sign karo (running, not block letters).
  2. Signature Maker se phone par draw bhi kar sakte ho.
  3. Resize to 140×60 px.
  4. Compress to KB → target 15 KB.

Left thumb impression (240×240)

  1. Left thumb ink se white paper par dabao — clear, no smudge.
  2. Phone se tight photo lo, crop square.
  3. Resize to 240×240 px.
  4. Compress to KB → 30–45 KB.

Handwritten declaration (800×400)

  1. Notification mein diya text English mein apne haath se likho — black ink, white paper.
  2. Clear scan/photo — full page readable ho.
  3. Resize to 800×400 px.
  4. Compress to KB → 70–90 KB.

Live photo capture (portal par)

IBPS RRB mein scanned photo ke alawa portal par live photo bhi maang sakta hai — webcam ya mobile QR scan se. Iske liye:

  • Plain wall, good lighting, no cap/sunglasses
  • Face clearly visible, front facing
  • Live capture alag hota hai — pehle se upload wali 200×230 file replace nahi karti automatically
