PhotoBandhu is a privately operated utility website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to UIDAI, GSTN, GS1, NSDL, UTIITSL, Parivahan, SSC, UPSC, NTA, state boards, or any government department, portal, or agency in India or elsewhere.

References to exams, forms, passport size, Aadhaar uploads, scholarship portals, or similar topics in our articles and tool descriptions are for general information only. Official rules always come from the relevant authority’s website and notification.

2. Tools Are Helpers — No Guarantee of Acceptance

Our photo, PDF, and document tools run in your web browser. We do not upload your files to our servers for processing. Output quality, file size, dimensions, and format may help with common upload limits, but we do not guarantee that any portal, employer, university, or institution will accept your file.

Always check the official notification (KB limit, pixels, DPI, background colour, signature size, PDF page count, etc.) before you submit an application.

3. Not Professional Advice

Content on PhotoBandhu (including blog posts in English or Hindi) is for education and convenience. It is not legal, tax, immigration, or compliance advice. For official decisions, consult the appropriate authority or a qualified professional.

  • Not creating fake IDs, forged documents, fraudulent barcodes, or misleading QR codes

Our barcode generator is for internal inventory codes (Code 128 / Code 39), not retail GTINs or government ID encoding. See Terms of Use for prohibited uses.
